Coaching during Track 2

A second track consists of three phases. Phase 1: Personal orientation. We examine interests and competencies. Phase 2: Professional orientation. Which jobs (and sectors) fit? Phase 3: Job market approach. We actually start looking for another job. The coach helps with networking and applying for jobs.
